RESERVES UP TO 9th PLACE
Following hot on the heels of the away win at Glossop North end the reserves posted another 3 league points with a convincing 2-0 win at home to Atherton LR on Tuesday night.
The Glossop win on Saturday came courtesy of goals from Louis Hughes and skipper Mike Hamilton and solid defending throughout the ninety minutes on a bumpy surface.
On tuesday night first half strikes from Ross Morgan and Mark Ashurst did the trick and as a result the team move up to their highest league position this season, and can look forward to the trip to Nelson on Saturday 7th April 3pm KO.
