REVISED PRE SEASON ARRANGEMENTS

PRE SEASON FIXTURE AND TRAINING AMENDMENTS

The pre season build up is at full pace with fitness levels improving by the session as the friendlies and pre season competition matches loom large on the horizon.

The training sessions on Saturdays will now start at the earlier time of 1.30pm at St Edmund Arrowsmith School, whilst the Tuesday and Thursday sessions will remain a 7pm start at the same venue.

The busy sequence of interesting friendlies and pre season tournaments will get under way on 17th July in the guise of the Hindsford Cup, which has changed its format to a 7 team league, following the withdrawal of Wigan Robin Park FC from the competition.

Meanwhile the date for the AAFC Vets v Wigan Athletic Past Playyers has been re scheduled for Wednesday 5th September, 7.30pm KO at Brocstedes Park.
